We do not serve any meals. There is an equipped kitchen at disposal of our guests. If the group is bigger then 5 persons there is a possibility of serving the breakfasts. The guest rooms have no bathrooms. There is one bathroom for all three rooms in the house.

Smaller room
(1 double bad, 1 single bad)

1 person in the room - 55 PLN/night
2 persons in the room - 40 PLN/night
3 persons in the room - 35 PLN/night

Bigger room
(Part I: 1 double bad
and 1 single bad;
Part II: 2 single bads)

1 person in the room - 75 PLN/night
2 persons in the room - 60 PLN/night
3 persons in the room - 50 PLN/nights
4 persons in the room - 40 PLN/night
5 persons in the room - 30 PLN/night.

Discounts:

10% - since third night
10% - booking both rooms with full board (8 persons)
10% - using own sleeping bags
Free - children younger then 3 (sleeping in the parents' bad)

One can not sum the discounts. There is a possibility for indivitual price agreement when planning to stay longer or with bigger group.

Bike rental - 20 PLN/day

Tent:

7 PLN/person/night. The price includes using the toilet inside the house and outside: cold water, garden table and benches, roofed porch. At the additional price: possibility to use the equipped kitchen and dining room (6 PLN/person/day) and a hot water shower (6 PLN/person/day) in the house

Booking conditions:

1. We ask our guests to agree the room booking details by e-mail or sending us special registration form and paying 50 % of the planned accomodation cost to our bank account within 3 days since agreeing the visit.

2. No payment in advance would be treated as the resignation.

3. No coming at the agreed arrival date - without earlier agreeing the changed date - would be treated as resignation without sending the maney back.

4. Making reservation is understood as accepting the terms of the visit at the ecotourist farm "Karczak".
